Origination Fees	Borrower	1-1.5% of principal	Can be taken from principal or borrower can pay Should be paid before borrowing
Performance Fees	Investor	10% of interest	(taken from interest repayments)
Servicer Fees	Borrower	Fixed Amount determined at the time of creation of the pool	Paid by Originator/Admin Applicable to Securitisation only.
Late Fees	Borrower	Configurable	Paid by the borrower on the late repayments
