# Investor Reporting

Borrowers on Qiro can upload periodic reports directly into their lending pool. These reports provide full transparency into the performance of the underlying loan and help both pool admins and investors stay informed throughout the lifecycle of the asset.

***

### **What Borrowers Can Upload**

Borrowers may upload a range of report types, including:

* **Financial Reports**\
  Monthly or quarterly financial statements, revenue breakdowns, P\&L, cash flow, balance sheets.
* **Operational Updates**\
  Business performance metrics, utilization of funds, borrower KPIs, collateral updates.
* **Repayment & Covenant Updates**\
  Repayment schedules, covenant compliance status, changes to business conditions.
* **Supporting Documents**\
  Audit reports, bank statements, certifications, or any required disclosures.

***

### **Who Can See These Reports**

Once uploaded:

* Reports become **instantly visible to all investors** in the pool
* Reports are also visible to **pool admins** for monitoring and compliance
* No additional approval is required for visibility (unless you want to add that flow)

This ensures a transparent, consistent flow of information to everyone participating in the pool.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.qiro.fi/qiro-marketplace-product-guide/for-borrowers/investor-reporting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
