Repayments

After successful borrowing, Asset Originators are required to repay the loan based on the repayment frequency and interest rate. different repayment models(bullet, amortisation) and fee structures (grace period, late fee) are possible for every pool listed on Qiro marketplace.

Repayments depend on the lending pool structure, we currently support 2 repayments patterns for Loan Product: Bullet and Amortisation. Once received in the lending pool, the repayments are distributed to investors in the lending pools.
