# Pool Onboarding

As part of joining a lending pool, investors are required to review and sign the **Tranche Token Subscription Documents**. These documents confirm your participation in a specific tranche and outline the key terms of your investment.

#### **What’s Included**

* **Your Tranche & Allocation** — The tranche you’re subscribing to (Senior/Junior) and your committed amount.
* **Risks & Repayment Priority** — How cashflows are distributed across tranches and the level of protection your tranche receives.
* **Tokenized Representation** — Confirmation that your investment will be issued as on-chain **Tranche Tokens** and held in your connected wallet.
* **Compliance & Declarations** — Standard regulatory and eligibility confirmations required for participating in private credit products.

#### **Why It’s Required**

Signing the Subscription Documents finalizes your pool onboarding, ensures compliance, and allows the pool admin to mint the corresponding tranche tokens to your wallet. Without completing this step, you cannot invest in or receive distributions from the pool.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.qiro.fi/qiro-marketplace-product-guide/for-investors/pool-onboarding.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
