Data Sources

Different data sources for capturing relevant credit data about Asset Originators required for underwriting the loans. This generally includes asset originator's documents, softwares, services used by Asset Originators to manage the finances such as banking, ERP tools, accounting tools, CRM solutions.

  • Loan Application : Asset originators uploads relevant information & documents about the financials, revenue, tax returns, business performance metrics etc.

  • Third Party Sources : These are public sources which aggregate and provide credit information on a particular borrower. for e.g credit/debt bureaus, rating agencies, open banking APIs, tax portals, alternate data providers.

  • Fintech SaaS Platforms : Fintech Asset Originators use SaaS solutions for managing transaction data(sales, revenue etc), financials and credit risk those can be plugged in for fetching latest data.
